- Cynthia Sealy Added 2017-09-07★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Not impressed. Some of the worst customer service I've ever had. This is the second time I've been in the store in 1 week. There was no greeting either time, none of them were friendly and not even a smile from 3 different people! Do the staff not have any concept whatsoever with regards to customer service? They clearly were not very interested in helping me out with anything. I have no intentions of setting foot in that store again. I will take the take the time to drive somewhere else that actually wants to help customers! They are a very poor representative for Rogers and I'd give them 0 stars if I could.
