Maybe there is a bad apple there, but in Exeter the driver who delivers is friendly, and does a great job in my opinion. I purchase a lot online, so I typically get a delivery at least every week. As to the complaints about the distance to the local depot ... well, that's just a consequence of living in small towns isn't it? You cannot expect courier's to have a retail presence in every town... that's unrealistic... so giving them a poor rating based on that, is unfair.
