I've had good and bad experiences. I usually have no problems getting what I want at ebgames but you can tell that the corporate canon has been hammered into the employee's heads to the point that it's annoying. They try very hard to push the 1 year scratch warranty which you don't need if you're a responsible adult that looks after you're stuff. I always decline and one time the employee was pretty rude about it, like I'm cheap or stupid. They also push a little too hard for the used copies of games and act astonished at your stupidity for wanting a brand new game. Like I said, it's not a bad place to get your games, it just has some really annoying customs.
